By accessing or using the OSP Digital Solutions website, accounts, marketplace, education features, service ordering flows or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any specific terms shown for a service, package, quotation or checkout.
2. Services & Marketplace
OSP provides digital services and may offer website development, design, marketing, SEO, AI/automation, e-commerce, hosting/domain assistance, education, digital products, marketplace functionality and other business services. Availability, scope, delivery timelines and pricing may vary by service and may be described separately in a proposal, package or order page.
3. Accounts & User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials and using the website lawfully. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others or use the website to conduct fraudulent activity.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payments
Prices and taxes shown at checkout or in a confirmed quotation apply to that transaction unless stated otherwise. Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. An order may require successful payment verification before work, access or delivery begins.
Custom projects may also be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement. If such documents conflict with these general Terms, the more specific agreed project terms will apply to that project.
5. Intellectual Property
OSP website content, branding, software, graphics and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless stated otherwise. A purchased digital product or completed client deliverable may be subject to a specific license or transfer arrangement stated in the relevant order or project agreement.
Users must have the rights necessary to provide any logos, text, images, data or other materials submitted to OSP for a project.
6. Third-Party Services
The website may integrate or link to third-party services such as hosting providers, Firebase/Google services, payment gateways, social networks, domain registrars, advertising platforms and government portals. OSP does not control third-party systems and their availability, policies, approvals or decisions.
7. Government / CSC Assistance
Where OSP provides assistance relating to government or public services, OSP acts only as a facilitator or service-assistance provider unless expressly stated otherwise. OSP is not the government authority responsible for issuing passports, PAN, GST registrations, tax decisions, certificates or other official approvals. Final eligibility, processing and approval remain with the relevant authority.
8. Availability & No Guaranteed Results
We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, specific search rankings, advertising performance, business revenue, government approvals, or outcomes controlled by third parties. Estimates, examples and marketing projections are not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OSP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Applicable Law & Changes
These Terms are subject to applicable laws in India and any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply to a user. We may update these Terms when our services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from their effective date, subject to applicable law.
